Returns Policy

Do you need to return the products to us?
Goods can be returned to us at any time, however we would ask you to contact us in the first instance (within 10 days) to obtain a returns number. We will not accept returns without a returns number! We then request that you return the goods to us(within 21 days of receiving the returns number) by whichever means you wish,however we would recommend using a tracked parcel which has proof of receipt.We can only help if we receive the goods back! Please ensure that the parcel is well wrapped & secure, we can not be responsible for lost or damaged goods.Please ensure that you include your Name & Address etc.

Faulty Goods.
If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 28 days to send them back, upon receipt we shall verify the fault, when the fault is confirmed we will issue a full refund to you via your original purchase method or if you wish supply replacements.

Goods Damaged in Transit.
If the goods were damaged in transit, we ask you to inform us within 5 days. If it is possible to see that the goods are damaged on receipt, please ensure that the delivery persons delivery ticket is marked accordingly. Once the goods are received back, we will issue a full refund via your original purchase method or if you wish supply replacements.

Goods Not Required.
If you do not require the goods, they can be sent back provided they are un-opened within 14 days (still in the same packaging as sent by us & intact.)Provided we receive the goods in a saleable condition (not opened) we will refund you via your original payment method. It is up to you to send the goods back by whichever means you prefer. If we do not receive the goods back, we can not credit you!
